We believe that
each child is unique, and that all children have the right to reach
their full potential.
As early childhood educators we have a responsibility
to enable each child to develop and learn through encouragement, respect
and support.
We believe that a child’s environment is an important
part of learning, and for children to learn, they need to feel safe
and secure with freedom of choice to work in a child-centred environment.
We recognise and provide an environment in which the children
can flourish and grow with self-esteem.

We apply methods
of learning which involve: joy in learning, love of order, the
need to be independent, the need to be respected and the need to be
listened to.
We believe that children should be able to grow in knowledge
through a creative learning framework that aims to meet the educational,
developmental and emotional needs of each child, in a caring and safe
environment.
It is essential for children to use their imagination,
to be curious, to be creative and to experience fun.
