Matilda's is owned and operated by Richard and Sandy Munro, who live in the local community.

With 30 years’ experience between them in the childcare industry, they are on-site daily to manage the centre. This is one of the many things that make a real difference to the quality of care that your child receives.

Staffing and qualifications

Our staff team are committed to providing the highest quality care for your child. We have a fabulous team that will contribute positively to your child's total development.

Our team consists of a Director, Assistant Directors, Qualified Educators, Qualified Assistants, Administrative Officers and a Qualified Chef.

Staff members are expected to attend professional in-service training or workshops for continued educational growth and development.

Our team members possess either a Diploma in Children’s Services, Certificate 3 in Children’s Services, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Montessori Studies or Certificate 3 in Montessori Studies. All team members hold a Current Police Clearance, Senior First Aid and Child Safe Environments – Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect.
